Hi! I am S, I got married in 2013 to my amazing husband, N. In April of 2015 we had a sweet baby girl A, and shortly thereafter I got a new job. In 2017, we welcomed our second beautiful daughter, T. In the beginning of 2019, we welcomed our third daughter, E.

I have always loved reading and information, I am a librarian and archivist by schooling and work history. This blog started out as an assignment for one of my graduate school classes. It also followed me through my two years working in an archive, which I loved! When I moved down south after marrying N, I had to leave my archive job behind. Now I work in an office in the IT field.

I have always enjoyed photography, I am the family photographer and have been for many years. A few years ago, N got me my first DSLR. Almost all of the pictures on this blog since then were taken by me.

I consider myself to be a bit of a foodie. I enjoy cooking with N, love watching cooking competitions, and am a huge fan of Cook’s Illustrated.

N and I are also quite big Disney fans! We became DVC members shortly after we got married. We also took up running, and have participated in several RunDisney events.

A Family Life for Me is really a great way for me to express my view of life. For my fellow Disney fans, yes it is a pun to tie together my love for Disney with my love for family.

As you can see, my interests are quite varied. On this blog, I pretty much just share thoughts, and ideas that I find personally interesting. If anyone has anything specific that they would like me to talk about please let me know! Otherwise, enjoy! Happy Reading!
