I posted the other day about the basic formula for overnight oats. Here is my favorite recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup water
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup fruit (blueberries, mango, or other)
- 2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon toasted pecans, chopped
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Instructions
Combine the oats, water and salt. Place in container. Place fruit, yogurt, syrup and pecans in the top insert or add to the container the next morning. Refrigerate overnight.
