I came to Queens where the St John’s University’s main campus is located for advisement. I thought that I would need to commute each day but I had resigned myself to that fact.
To my surprise and happiness I was told that St John’s had a cohort at St. Thomas Aquinas College, a sister university to St John’s. STAC is located around 20 minutes from my house, so I was really excited to hear that.

My first two semesters were almost entirely at STAC and I met fellow library students there that remained friends through Library School.
